SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING POLICY

By purchasing any Elethrive subscription, you agree to the following:

  • Subscription payments are charged to your card on the 1st of the month, then subsequently every 30 days.

  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.

  • By completing your purchase, you authorise Elethrive to charge your payment method on a recurring basis in line with this schedule.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us via email or other provided communication channels.

  • Cancellation must be requested before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.

  • If cancellation is requested after a billing cycle has begun, the current billing period will remain active and your subscription will end at the conclusion of that cycle.

  • No partial-month cancellations or prorated refunds will be issued.

Access After Cancellation:

  • Upon cancellation and completion of your final billing cycle, you will lose access to all Elethrive subscription services, including:

    • Coaching app access

    • Program features and services

    • Digital content and resources tied to the subscription

  • Lifetime or one-time purchases (such as standalone digital products or programmes) will remain accessible in accordance with their original terms.

REFUND POLICY

For subscriptions:

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

  • Refunds will not be issued for:

    • Failure to cancel before the billing date

    • Partial use of a subscription period

    • Change of mind after a billing cycle has started

For non-subscription products:

  • Refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase, provided the product or service has not been used or accessed.

  • The following are non-refundable:

    • Online coaching

    • Digital products, downloads, and courses

    • Guided programmes

    • Any service already delivered

    • Discounted or sale items

To request a refund (where eligible), proof of purchase is required.

APPOINTMENTS POLICY

  • If you do not arrive or contact us within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your session may be marked as a no-show.

  • A no-show applies to both in-person and virtual appointments.

  • Appointments must be cancelled in advance via email or phone.

  • If no valid cancellation is received, the appointment will be forfeited (non-refundable) and a cancellation fee may apply.
